At the beginning of every school year the freshman class at WHS is welcomed to their new school by walking through a gauntlet of outstretched arms of faculty and staff. It's a way of making them feel at home.

 

But because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the class of 2024 missed out on that important tradition.

 

Four years later, they got the opportunity to experience that gauntlet at the start of the Movin’ On Up assembly that took place the week before graduation.

 

It was a fun and emotional send-off for the soon soon-to-be graduates!
