COLORADO PTA HONORS COLORADO STEM STUDENTS
The Colorado PTA honored ten Colorado STEM Academy students for their artistic reflections on the theme, “I am Hopeful Because …” with four of the submissions becoming eligible for national competition.
According to the Colorado PTA, the cultural arts program is designed to help students explore their own thoughts, feelings and ideas through creative outlets. Six of the awards were in the visual arts category, three in music composition and one in film production.
The students' work was shared with the Board of Education last week and can be seen below.
