Registration Requirements
I've enrolled my child. Now what?
Congratulations! Let's make sure you have all the required documents and records so your child can have a smooth start to the school year.

Required Documents
All grade levels (PK-12) require the following:
- Proof of address. This could be a utility bill, mortgage statement, or lease agreement.
- State-issued birth certificate. Students will be unable to register without a birth certificate or hospital record.
- Up-to-date immunization records. Students will not be able to register without current immunizations. View immunization requirements by grade level.
- IEP (if applicable). Please bring any information that will help us best meet the needs of your student.
Preschool: In addition to the above requirements, preschool students must provide:
- Physical. Must have been completed within the last year.
Transfer students: In addition to the above requirements, transfer students must provide:
- Attendance record from previous school
- Discipline record from previous school
- Special Education information (including but not limited to an IEP)
