Warehouse Surplus
Teachers who wish to visit the Warehouse Surplus "loft" (FREE OFFICE AND CLASSROOM SUPPLIES) will need to call Logistics, 303-428-3535 to make an appointment. Visiting hours are 9 AM to 11 AM and 1 PM to 3 PM. Please wear appropriate shoes for a warehouse environment. No high heels or open-toed shoes.

Westminster Public Schools (WPS) uses the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet Direct) to post and manage bid opportunities. This platform provides access to bids for WPS and over 130 other Colorado agencies, promoting transparency and fair competition.

Cooperative Purchasing
Cooperative purchasing helps public agencies complete projects efficiently and cost-effectively. WPS participates in numerous local, regional, and national cooperative purchasing programs.
WPS uses price agreements from agencies such as the State of Colorado Purchasing Office, Sourcewell, TIPS, and OMNIA Partners.
