In Westminster Public Schools, we understand the need for supporting all our students' experience.  The PersonBrain Model in WPS is implemented with compassion and intentionality, fostering healing-centered, relationship-driven environments where every young person is seen, heard, and supported as a whole individual-- empowering them to grow, learn, and succeed through connection, safety, and respect.  

WPS has adopted this framework from creator, Dr. Paul Baker who is a NeuroPsychologist. 

The PersonBrain Model is implemented district-wide, with the four Elements of Flourishing for all students to thrive: Safe, Significant, Respect, and Related!
