Organizational Wellness
Wellness is more than self-care. At WPS our goal is to design and provide systems that support our employees as an organization. Examples of this include:
- Comprehensive benefits package

- In-house mental health education opportunities including Mental Health First Aid and ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)
