Westminster Public Schools is committed to making school facilities available to the public for outside use, and recognizes that all facilities and properties have been purchased by taxpayers and are valued assets of our community. While school and community youth events take precedence over other uses, positive group use of district facilities is encouraged.
Please review the Important Information section posted below.
- All outdoor athletic fields located at Westminster High School, including Memorial Stadium, are currently unavailable for rental.
- We will begin accepting facility availability inquiries and facility use applications for events that fall within the 2025-2026 school year on August 1, 2025.

After Hours Access: If you cannot access your approved facility, or if you are experiencing difficulties during your rental, please call (720) 542-5280. Please ensure you have your facility use contract available to display to the responding WPS employee when asked. Always call 911 in the event of a life-threatening emergency.

In-Person: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY between the hours of 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. This will allow us to better assist you with your facility use needs.

The Facility Use Office is located on the 2nd floor of Westminster High School in the Educational Services Center.
